Used in the food industry as a starch modifier, amylum enhancer agent, juice turbidity inhibitor, juice turbidity preventer, hold back the juice de-coloration, waterholding agent, water retention agent, water softener, water soft agent, meat binder, meat cling agent, dispersant, stabilizer agent, stabilizer (used in ice cream, cheese, etc.), it canprevent food discoloration and vitamin C decomposition. It can prevent food from discoloring and preventdecomposition of vitamin C.
